Terms and conditions for sourcing vehicles from Nigeria
1. We source cars/vehicles in Nigeria, put them in good shape, and make them available in a maximum of two(2) weeks. You can take home your car/vehicle as it is, but we advise you to drive it yourself, use your driver, or better still, use the service of any reputable trucking company (we know some of them and we are trying to see how we can officially partner with them).
Note that if you hastily take it home without us helping to check, observe, and possibly fix or service some things, you take full responsibility for whatever comes up. Because cars/vehicles are machines that could develop defect(s) or fault(s) in the next minutes, even if they were in perfect condition before, we cannot be responsible for defect(s) or defect(s), even though we always try to make them be in ideal condition before handing over to owners, drivers or trucks. But trust us, we will offer our utmost support and contribution in case anything comes up.
2. If you want to pull out for whatever reason, please do so within 48 hours, so we can issue you 50% of the corporate charge, while a more extended time reduces the percentage. Note that we won't refund any amount if you decide to pull out after seven days. We must have worked for you and possibly presented some cars/vehicles to you.
3. We expect you to have the specified amount of the vehicle available for transfer so that you can pay on time as soon as we certify a particular one for you. We advise that payment be sent to us within one hour or, at most, 24 hours, because we won't be responsible if the vehicle is sold due to the delay in sending money. Note that you might need to pay another corporate charge to get your other ones if the ones we previously certified for you got sold because you delayed payment.
