When Not To Buy Fuel From Filling/Petrol Stations

We all know that filling/petrol stations should have an elaborate
filtration system, but anything could go wrong at any point in time.
I once filled my car's tank at a station in Lagos with watered petrol
that I had to drain the whole fuel the next day and replace it with another
fuel my car could come back to normal.

For that reason and from my observations, try as much as possible
not to buy fuel;

1. If you notice that the filling station just finished pumping fuel into
their underground tank.
2. If it is raining or when the rain just stopped.

Actually that is true because my friend ever had this experience in Kaduna we just bought fuel after some hour the car stopped when we go back to garage and checked into the tank unfortunately there much water in the tank. That's why I completely agree with what you said sir
